Most of the potential safety hazards of live crushing occur during the shredding and pyrolysis stages. Kezhong Intelligence has designed a system from monitoring of hazardous sources to response to emergency situations.
Monitor pressure, temperature, flame and oxygen content in real time to eliminate sources of danger.
Equipped with nitrogen protection system, which provides protection in both the shredding stage and the pyrolysis stage, and electrical signal level supply.
In the event of instantaneous thermal runaway, the pressure will be released from the explosion relief valve without damaging the main body of the equipment.
Automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing and explosion relief valve can be expanded to supplement Novec1230/HFC-227 solenoid valve linkage fire extinguishing device.

At present, most battery disassembly and crushing production lines in the industry have poor ability to handle large single cells, and are frequently blocked and have equipment failures.
